纳米二维黑磷的PTFE薄膜涂层的制备及其摩擦性能研究

摘要:
采用旋涂法在7050铝合金表面制备了内含0、1.3%、3.8%纳米二维黑磷的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)薄膜涂层。选择载荷为1 N(接触压力为501 MPa)、2 Hz频率和5.3mm滑动行程条件下(平均线速度为21.2mm/s),使用球-盘摩擦仪进行摩擦磨损试验。利用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)和三维白光显微镜分别对涂层磨痕形貌和磨损率进行表征。黑磷含量为1.3%和3.8%的PTFE涂层的摩擦系数(COF)分别降低了23%(COF:0.079)和27%(COF:0.074),其磨损率分别从2.554×10-4mm3N-1m-1降至0.758×10-4mm3N-1m-1(降低70.3%)和0.156×10-4 mm3N-1m-1(降低93.8%)。结果表明,纳米黑磷材料与PTFE的复合膜不仅具有较好的润滑作用,而且能有效提高PTFE的耐磨性。

Preparation and Tribological Properties of PTFE Films Containing Nano-two-dimensional Black Phosphorus

Abstract:
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film coatings with 0, 1.3% and 3.8% naro-two-dimensional black phosphorous were prepared on 7050 aluminum alloy by spin coating method. The friction wear test was carried out by using ball-on-disk tribometer with the selection of load as 1 N (contact pressure :501 MPa), 2 Hz frequency and 5.3mm sliding displacement (mean linear velocity 21.2mm/s). Three-dimensional white light and environmental scanning electron micro-scopy (ESEM) were used to characterize the wear amount and morphology of the coatings. The coefficient of friction (COF) of PTFE coatings with black phosphorus content of 1.3% and 3.8% decreased by 23% (COF: 0.079) and 27% (COF: 0.074), respectively, while the wear rate decreased from 2.554×10-4mm3N-1m-1 to 0.758×10-4mm3N-1m-1 (decreased by 70.3% ) and 0.156×10-4mm3N-1m-1 (decreased by 93.8%). The results show that the black phosphorus and PTFE composite with 2-D layered and unique honeycomb structure can not only provide good lubrication, but also greatly improve the wear resistance of PTFE.
