| 楔型螺纹螺母产品是可应用于航天型号产品越发复杂苛刻环境的紧固件。针对楔型螺纹螺母产品可能存在的失效模式，建立了可靠性评估流程和可靠性理论模型，开展失效模式分析并结合其性能指标，开展楔型螺纹螺母产品的可靠性的评估与分析。研究结果表明，本文提出的楔型螺纹螺母产品的可靠性评估方法和可靠性理论模型能够较好地评估楔型螺纹螺母产品的可靠性。 |

| To solve the problem in the development process, the wedge screw nut products are developed to meet more complex and more demanding environment. In view of the possible failure modes, the failure analysis is carried out with reliability evaluation process and theoretical model. The life evaluation analysis is carried out with the performance index. The reliability evolution method of the wedge screw nut is proposed and the evaluation results are verified through the ultimate performance test and the life test. |
