基于MBSE的运载火箭供配电系统设计探索研究

摘要:
运载火箭的供配电系统是火箭电气系统中的一个重要组成部分,传统的基于文档的系统设计模式难以适应当前需求。提出了一种基于MBSE的运载火箭供配电系统设计模式,通过SysML语言对供配电系统功能进行设计,对设计方案功能逻辑的完备性进行验证。采用SysML模型驱动,生成了基于Modelica语言的系统性能模型,开展了静态特性设计分析和动态特性仿真分析,验证了设计方案性能的正确性。结果表明:利用该方法实现系统设计是有效的、可行的,具有实际工程应用价值。

Abstract:
Power supply and distribution system is an important component of the electrical system in a launch vehicle.Traditional document-based system design approaches are difficult to adapt to launch vehicle development requirements.A model-based design method for the power supply and distribution system of launch vehicles is proposed.Based on SysML, power supply and distribution system functions are designed, and the functional logic completeness is verified.Driven by SysML model, asystem performance model is generated to conduct static characteristic design and dynamic characteristic analysis, which validates the correctness of system performance.It demonstrates that using this method for power supply and distribution system design is effective and feasible, and has certain engineering application value.
