运载火箭智慧设计发展思考

摘要:
围绕运载火箭设计对高效能、高质量的迫切需求,对标数字化与智能化国际先进水平,提出我国运载火箭智慧设计的底层逻辑是在数字空间中构建运载火箭模型及参数的结构化表达,使用智能算法赋能设计环节,实现方案的智能快速优化设计。智慧设计包括两个核心要素:一是设计工具,包括学科工具的自主研发与应用,以及构建统一的数字化协同设计平台;二是基于大模型的智能优化算法。为实现智慧设计,将运载火箭总体设计发展分为3个阶段:传统设计、数字化设计和智慧设计。最后,介绍了运载火箭智慧设计技术发展的几个重要方向。

Development Thought on Intelligent Design Technology of Launch Vehicle

Abstract:
Addressing the urgent need for high-efficiency, and high-quality within the design of launch vehicle, this paper proposed that the underlying logic of the intelligent design of launch vehicle in China is to construct the structured representation of models and parameters of launch vehicle in the digital space, and use intelligent methods to empower the design process to realize the intelligent and rapid optimal design of the scheme. Intelligent design includes two core elements, the first one is the design tool, including the independent research and development and application of disciplinary tools, and the construction of a unified digital collaborative design platform. The second one is intelligent optimization algorithm based on large model. In order to realize the intelligent design, the overall design of the launch vehicle is divided into three stages:traditional design, digital design, and intelligent design. Finally, some development directions of intelligent design of launch vehicle are introduced.
