一种自由装填发动机热匹配失效模式试验方法研究

摘要:
针对一种自由装填式固体发动机热匹配失效模式进行了试验验证方法的改进研究,通过增加压差传感器,有效减小了传统试验方法测量精度产生的影响,证实了发动机工作过程中包覆套内外压差的存在,有力支撑了热匹配失效模式机理研究结果。

Abstract:
This paper reveals an improved test method for thermal matching failure mode of free-standing solid rocket motor.Through adding differential pressure sensor, the influence of traditional test method on measurement accuracy is effectively reduced.Thus, the existence of the pressure difference between the inner and outer sheath of the engine is confirmed, which strongly supports the research results of thermal matching failure mode mechanism.
