热塑性复合材料构件的制备及其在航空航天领域的应用

摘要:
热塑性复合材料作为轻质高强材料的杰出代表,已成为航空航天领域的首选材料之一。概述了热塑性复合材料常用的成型工艺。采用模具热压成型制备工艺,探索并成功制备了几种高性能碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)热塑性复合材料构件,为高性能CF/PEEK热塑性复合材料构件在航空航天领域的应用提供了基础。

Abstract:
As an outstanding representative of lightweight and high-strength materials, thermoplastic composite materials have become one of the materials of choice in the fields of aerospace and other fields. This paper outlines the molding processes commonly used in thermoplastic composites. Several high performance carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone (CF/PEEK) thermoplastic composite components are explored and successfully fabricated using hot pressing process. This provides basic research for the application of high-performance CF/PEEK thermoplastic composite materials in aerospace and other fields.
