| 近年来，小卫星已成为发展最迅猛、最具活力的商业航天领域，受到国际社会的广泛重视，其发射服务也成为商业航天创投的热点。全面梳理国外商业小火箭发展动态，在总结商业小火箭发展技术特点的基础上，通过分析和思考当前商业小火箭发展中面临的问题，如火箭能力与任务需求的匹配性、研发周期与方案设计的匹配性等，给出我国商业小火箭发展的建议，以期为其更好的发展提供新的思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Commercial launch service has attracted abroad international attentions and drawn significant interests of commercial aeronautic investment in recent years， owing to the rapid and vigorous growth of small satellite market. Based on the summarization of the recent progresses of international small commercial launch vehicles， controversy problems are discussed. By considering their technical features and analyzing the problems encountered during developments， such as matching launch ability with mission payloads， optimizing system design with development process， suggestions for domestic small commercial launch vehicles are proposed， to provide initiating ideas for promoting further developments. |
